Our training is grounded in Behavioural Science and Naturalistic Developmental Behavioural Intervention (NDBI), equipping you with the skills and understanding to address specific behaviours displayed by your child. By targeting key behaviours with precise data analysis, we can develop effective strategies for improved outcomes, rather than relying on general neurodiverse presentations. We recommend a 12-week program to align with the school term, allowing us to track progress collaboratively for school-going children and follow a structured charting format for those not in school. However, parents have the flexibility to choose the number of sessions that best suit their needs. Children enrolled in our private program also have the opportunity to drop in on our group-based workshops held during the week. Pre-registration is required as spaces are limited. Terms & Conditions

At ROKIL we strive to provide the best experience for all our customers. To ensure fairness and consistency, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings and payments are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all sessions, classes, and services provided by ROKIL. Rescheduling: While we do not offer refunds, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Missed Sessions: If you miss a session without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a reschedule or refund. Please make every effort to attend your scheduled sessions to fully benefit from our services. Exceptions: In rare and exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies), we may consider a one-time rescheduling option. Proof of the emergency may be required, and the decision will be at the discretion of ROKIL. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy.
