Join Our Inclusive Rhythms Programme! Starting Saturday, November 2nd, 2024, this free music-based programme is tailored for neurodiverse children aged 3-11 to enhance social, emotional, cognitive and behavioural skills. The 6 sessions are divided into three 6-week cohorts with a 4-week break in between, led by a qualified Musical Therapist in High Wycombe. Spaces are limited — book now to secure your child's spot in this engaging and supportive environment! 10AM - Ages 3-6 11AM - Ages 7-11 N.B: Your child will automatically be enrolled into the next cohort when full capacity is reached!

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview The Inclusive Rhythms Programme is a free, 6-week, music-based program for neurodiverse children aged 3-11, led by a qualified Musical Therapist. Sessions are designed to enhance communication, coordination, self-esteem, and social skills. 2. Eligibility and Registration Open to neurodiverse children aged 3-11, divided into two groups (3-6 and 7-11). Parents/guardians will need to complete and return sent registration form, including medical or behavioural information before child's attendance to ensure safety. 3. Programme Schedule The programme includes 6 sessions over three 6-week cohorts, with a 4-week break between each. Sessions begin on November 2nd and will be held every Saturday thereafter in High Wycombe. 4. Attendance Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure children benefit fully from the programme. If a child is unable to attend a session, parents or guardians must notify the programme coordinator in advance. No make-up sessions will be provided for missed sessions. 5. Safety and Behaviour Children must be dropped off and picked up by a parent or authorised guardian. Parents must provide updated emergency contact details. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the programme after consultation with parents. 6. Medical Information Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs to ensure appropriate accommodations and care. All information will be kept confidential. 7. Media Consent By enrolling, you consent to the use of photos or videos for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing. 8. Cancellation Policy If withdrawing from the programme, please notify us at least 7 days before the start date. Late cancellations may impact future participation due to limited spaces. 9. Data Protection Personal information is used solely for administering the programme and will be securely stored according to data protection laws. 10.
