As the visionary founder and esteemed CEO of R.O.K.I.L (Raising Our Kids In Love), Carla embodies a profound commitment to nurturing children's holistic development. With a rich academic journey spanning from secondary school to master's level education, Carla's passion for working with children has been an intrinsic thread woven throughout her career. During her extensive academic and professional tenure both within the UK and abroad, Carla astutely identified a critical gap between school and home environments in catering to the needs of neurodiverse children. Recognising the inherent disconnect between interventions implemented at school and the lack of corresponding support mechanisms within the home, Carla tirelessly sought to bridge this divide. Moreover, she discerned the strain on relationships between parents and educators stemming from unrelated pedagogical approaches. Driven by a fervent belief in the paramount importance of early management and support, Carla diligently combined her understanding of diverse educational frameworks and available resources. This combination led to the creation of comprehensive support packages tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family. Carla's profound passion for faith, the arts, creativity, and music serves as the bedrock of her innovative interventions. With unwavering dedication, she endeavours to empower children and families alike, fostering connections and nurturing flourishing lives.
